• Take a full time role in People Analytics Team, delivering end-to-end reporting and analytics from Workday HCM
• Build self-service reports / dashboard in Workday HCM and Tableau
• Use Workday Prism to optimize data workflows and source external data (eg. from Finance) into Workday HCM

• General data analytics skills
• Solid experience with Workday HCM Reporting, Workday Prism
• Knowledge of Tableau, Tableau Prep, Dataiku - or other similar business intelligence tools
• Problem solving and analytical skills
• Collaboration and pro-active spirit

• Workday Pro Certificate (Reporting or Prism) or Tableau Certificate (or similar)
• Additional relevant certifications

Contract duration:
