Our client's Windows Platforms team is responsible for engineering, projects and the expansion of basic applications and server/client infrastructure. They evaluate and develop solution concepts in the areas of Microsoft, M365, Citrix and Azure infrastructure, and support internal and external departments with regard to server and client systems.

As a Senior Client System Engineer, you will be responsible for the planning and further development (engineering) of the client infrastructure and its services relating to M365 and Azure of the modern workplace.

The responsibilities include:

• Design and automate SCCM deployment environment and familiarising with current market trends in the client environment
• As a client engineer and product owner of the workplace, you take the Windows Clients to the next level and ensure that customer solutions interact optimally with M365 and Azure and that business requirements are implemented accordingly
• Develop concepts and proposed solutions, use O365 functions in client management and drive automation forward through process modelling and scripts
• Integrate new standard applications and systems and put them into operation
• Implement projects successfully and on time
• Develop and implement complex solutions in the Microsoft 365 environment
• Support and advise system developers, application managers and system users as well as our external customers on technical system issues

• IT education and several years' professional experience in workplace management with Microsoft technologies
• Very familiar with the current Windows client functionalities such as AppLocker Windows Defender, Hello for Business, compliance policies and GPOs
• Ability to automate processes with PowerShell
• Experience managing projects as project manager (or taking on similar responsibilities)
