Tasks and responsibilities:
- Assume technical leadership in the conception and further development of the Identity and Access architecture
- Be responsible for the documentation & presentation of identity and access services and architecture
- Modelling and implementing processes, components and systems and configuring and integrating IAM components in an IAM tool, including workflows, role models, web frontend, single sign-on, provisioning and WAF
- Further develop IAM concepts and standards (Role Based Access Control, SSO, ABAC, SCIM, SAML etc.)
- Reach better efficiency with automating IT governance tasks
Must-have criteria:
- Degree in Business Informatics or similar
- Professional experience in Identity & Access Management (IAM)
- Expertise and proven professional experience with Atos DIRX, MS365, Active Directory, Modern Authentication, SSO, MFA
- Very good architectural understanding of modern cloud public infrastructures (Azure & M365)
- Knowledge of the common IAM concepts RBAC, ABAC, PBAC
- Ability to think in a holistic way and understand cross-application interfaces
Nice-to-have criteria:
- Knowledge about regulations in the financial/insurance industry
- German language
Language requirements:
