Tasks and responsibilities
  • Serve as the main point of contact for property owners, external service providers, and various contractors.
  • Oversee office space capacity, usage patterns, and adherence to workplace guidelines.
  • Keep precise records of seating arrangements and office configurations.
  • Track current office occupancy levels and future seating requirements.
  • Organise and manage individual desk changes, team moves, and workspace adjustments.
  • Collaborate with recruitment and operational teams to align seating plans with evolving organisational demands.
  • Establish efficient procedures for frequent workspace modifications, ensuring data integrity.
  • Assist with projects involving office expansion, refurbishment, and layout changes.
  • Manage project schedules, contractor engagements, furniture setup, and overall readiness of new or modified workspaces.
  • Minimise any impact on daily business activities during facility alterations.
  • Contribute to strategic space planning and projections for future growth.
  • Offer suggestions for enhancing office efficiency and optimising space utilisation.

Must-have criteria
  • A minimum of three to five years' professional experience in facilities management.
  • Demonstrable experience in assisting with office moves, workplace growth, or construction projects.
  • A robust understanding of workplace strategy and spatial organisation.
  • Proven ability to oversee and coordinate third-party vendors, suppliers, and contractors.
  • Previous experience within rapidly expanding organisations with dynamic workplace needs.
  • Proficiency in project management methodologies.
  • Strong stakeholder management capabilities.
