Tasks and responsibilities
- Own and drive the development of enterprise data platforms, analytics solutions, and reporting services.
- Manage and prioritize the product backlog to maximize business value and align with strategic objectives.
- Collaborate closely with data engineers, analysts, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable data solutions.
- Transform operational and business data into actionable insights to support decision-making across the organization.
- Define product vision, roadmap, and priorities in collaboration with technical and business teams.
- Contribute to the evolution of data governance, data quality, and access management concepts.
- Support the continuous improvement of data products, reporting capabilities, and self-service analytics solutions.
- Act as the key interface between business stakeholders and technical delivery teams throughout the product lifecycle.

Must-have criteria
- University degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Business Informatics, Information Systems, or a comparable field.
- Several years of experience in Data & Analytics, Business Intelligence, or Enterprise Data Platforms.
- Experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, Data Lead, or a comparable role.
- Strong knowledge of data warehousing, data modelling, SQL, and modern data architectures.
- Experience managing product backlogs and working in Agile environments (Scrum/Kanban).
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions and work effectively with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Strong communication, prioritization, and stakeholder management skills.

Nice-to-have criteria
- Experience in regulated or data-sensitive environments.
- Knowledge of self-service BI and enterprise reporting solutions.
- Familiarity with data governance, data quality, and data access management.
- Experience working with large-scale enterprise data platforms.
- Understanding of operational processes and data-driven decision support.
