    Tasks and responsibilities
    • Lead and drive TAP (Portfolio and Position management) within the ROC Core Banking Transformation

    Must-have criteria

    • Track record in Program or large Project deliveries

    • Track record in migration programs with test, user change and business change experience

    • Profound understanding of transaction related core processes such as order manager, corporate actions, deliveries, loans, OTC

    • Profound knowhow in portfolio management and analysis capabilities including rebalancing, allocation and performance calculation

    • Certified Project Manager or Agile Product Manager

    • Outstanding communication and presentation skill

    • Very strong planning, execution and delivery methodology
