Tasks and responsibilities
- Representation of the Management Accounting view as part of a large-scale technological replacement programme: Ensuring the Management Accounting and Controlling related aspects are accurately represented and configured in the core banking or markets implementation (business view)
- Impact Assessment Management Accounting domain: Gathering of business requirements for Management Accounting applications resulting from the core banking and markets implementation incl. the documentation and validation of business requirements
- Data Analysis: Collect, analyse, and interpret business data requirements for the Management Accounting domain
- Solution Development: Collaborate with IT teams to design, implement, and test solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and stakeholder expectations
- Change Management: Support organisational change by communicating and syndication changes to stakeholders

Must-have criteria
- At least 10 years of professional experience in Banking, Financial Services or Management Consulting with a strong focus on transformation projects, core banking system implementation and financial data flows
- Finance expertise for wealth management products and in particular relating to Management Accounting as well as regarding finance system’s integration with upstream applications such as trading platforms, core banking or risk management tools
- Technical skills: Good understanding of Management Information Systems (e.g. SAP S/4HANA or BW). Experience with Temenos or other Core Banking applications is beneficial
- Strong understanding of processes and requirements regarding cost allocation, P&L generation, products profitability calculations and cost & profit center accounting
- Strong understanding of financial products and services (e.g. Structured or OTC products, Corporate Actions) and their process-wise interplay with Operations, Markets
- Seniority to represent Finance interest in large scale programmes
- Hands-on experience in delivering projects requirements pragmatically and managing complex dependencies

- Experience with Temenos or other Core Banking applications is beneficial
- Proficiency in German is an advantage
