Tasks and responsibilities
  • Define and govern architecture standards for low-code application development across multiple initiatives
  • Design scalable, maintainable, and secure business applications aligned with enterprise requirements
  • Act as the technical authority for solution design, application structure, security, integrations, and platform governance
  • Establish development standards, reusable components, and best practices to ensure consistent delivery quality
  • Review technical solutions and provide architectural guidance to development teams
  • Support and mentor developers through technical coaching, onboarding, and capability building
  • Design and oversee integrations with enterprise systems, APIs, and external platforms
  • Manage technical debt, platform evolution, and long-term maintainability across the application portfolio
  • Collaborate with project managers, product owners, and stakeholders on scope definition, effort estimation, and delivery planning
  • Act as the escalation point for complex technical challenges and cross-project dependencies
  • Ensure compliance with platform standards, deployment processes, and governance requirements

Must-have criteria
  • Extensive experience as a Solution Architect, Technical Architect, or Lead Low-Code Consultant
  • Strong expertise in enterprise application architecture and solution design
  • Hands-on experience with low-code development platforms (preferably Mendix or comparable technologies)
  • Advanced understanding of data modelling, application design principles, and software architecture
  • Experience designing integrations using REST APIs, SOAP services, OData, and enterprise connectivity patterns
  • Ability to govern technical quality across multiple concurrent projects
  • Experience mentoring and supporting development teams
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Ability to translate technical concepts into business-friendly language

Nice-to-have criteria
  • Experience within highly regulated, industrial, utility, or critical infrastructure environments
  • Exposure to enterprise platforms such as SAP, Salesforce, ERP, CRM, or similar ecosystems
  • Experience with cloud deployments and application lifecycle governance
  • Knowledge of architecture governance frameworks and software quality standards
  • Previous experience leading multiple projects simultaneously
  • Familiarity with DevOps, CI/CD, and modern application delivery practices
  • Relevant platform certification at advanced or expert level preferred
