Design, plan, and implement new features in close collaboration with product and technical teams
Continuously improve, optimize, and modernize existing applications
Take ownership of features from concept through implementation
Contribute to technical and architectural decisions
Participate in peer code reviews and maintain high standards of code quality
Support the modernization of existing and legacy application components
Work with service-oriented architectures and modern API technologies
Use AI-assisted development tools for coding, code review, problem-solving, and architectural analysis
Actively contribute to technical discussions, solution design, and knowledge sharing within the team
Several years of professional experience in frontend or full-stack web development
Strong frontend development expertise, particularly with React
Experience developing and maintaining modern web applications
Good understanding of REST APIs and/or GraphQL
Experience working with relational databases
Knowledge of automated testing and modern software development practices
Ability to independently take ownership of features and technical tasks
Strong focus on code quality, maintainability, and clean development practices
Proactive and collaborative working style
Experience or interest in functional programming
Experience with modern CSS frameworks such as Tailwind CSS or Bootstrap
Knowledge of PostgreSQL or comparable relational databases
Experience with CI/CD and infrastructure or configuration automation
Experience working with Linux-based server environments
Exposure to legacy web applications and application modernization
Experience with automated testing frameworks and practices
Familiarity with multi-service or service-oriented application architectures
Experience using AI-assisted tools within the software development lifecycle
Good German (B2+)
