Tasks and responsibilities
  • Guide Agile team(s) through their Agile transformation journey
  • Develop and improve the Agile team’s ways of working across empowerment, transparency, collaboration and discipline
  • Represent Agile team(s) in Scrum of Scrums and other relevant meetings
  • Support Agile team(s) in becoming high-performing, self-organizing teams
  • Foster collaboration, continuous flow and continuous improvement
  • Lead and facilitate Agile ceremonies, events and artifacts
  • Support Product Owners with product and backlog management
  • Facilitate quarterly planning activities
  • Organize team breakouts and plan the quarterly book of work (Features)
  • Manage dependencies with other teams
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, Product Owners and Agile teams to establish goals, priorities and requirements
  • Identify and remove obstacles and impediments impacting Agile team(s)
  • Support conflict resolution and ensure smooth workflows
  • Drive adoption of Agile best practices, metrics and quality standards
  • Optimize team performance through data-driven decision-making
  • Manage Agile team capacity and delivery progress against quarterly plans
  • Act as a change agent promoting Agile methodologies and behaviours
  • Ensure adherence to the Project Delivery Framework
  • Manage projects within the scope of the Agile team
  • Support identification of project needs, including resources, team members and involvement of other departments

Must-have criteria
  • Minimum 2 years' experience with Temenos TAP / Triple A (mandatory)
  • Scrum Master certification
  • University degree in IT, Finance or a related field
  • Proven experience as a Scrum Master or Project Manager in an Agile/Scrum delivery environment
  • Experience within the IT and/or financial services sector
  • Strong understanding of software lifecycle and operational management
  • Extensive experience with Agile delivery methodologies
  • Experience in stakeholder management
  • Experience in training and workshop facilitation
  • Experience with coaching, facilitation, conflict resolution and continuous improvement
  • Knowledge of Jira, Confluence, Miro and other Agile collaboration tools
