Work with clients to identify, develop, and document business use cases
Analyse business processes and organisational structures to define meaningful requirements
Gather, structure, and specify complex business and technical requirements
Align requirements and proposed solutions with relevant stakeholders
Review and validate solution designs against business needs and project specifications
Develop solution concepts in collaboration with developers, architects, and UX specialists
Act as the key link between clients and software development teams
Coordinate and document requirements using Jira and Confluence
Support the implementation of agreed solutions throughout the development lifecycle
Communicate change requests, dependencies, and support topics across stakeholder groups
Build trusted client relationships and identify opportunities to expand existing business
University or university-of-applied-sciences degree in computer science, business informatics, or a related discipline
At least four years of experience in requirements engineering, business analysis, or a closely related role
Experience working within the financial services industry
Strong requirements gathering, process analysis, and solution-design capabilities
Demonstrable consulting and stakeholder management experience
Ability to build trusted client relationships and drive complex initiatives
Proactive, independent, and analytical approach to work
Strong communication skills and a service-oriented mindset
Familiarity with Agile delivery methods, such as Scrum or SAFe
Practical experience working in Scrum or SAFe environments
Working knowledge of SQL
A relevant professional certification, such as:
IREB CPRE
IIBA CBAP
IIBA CCBA
CAS in Business Requirements Engineering
French-language skills
