Tasks and responsibilities
- Administer, maintain, and optimize Microsoft Exchange (On-Premises and Exchange Online) environments.
- Ensure the stable operation and continuous improvement of Microsoft 365 collaboration services.
- Provide 2nd-level support and troubleshoot complex messaging and collaboration issues.
- Manage and support core Microsoft technologies including Exchange, Active Directory, Entra ID, Teams, Outlook, and SharePoint Online.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Design, evaluate, and implement scalable messaging and collaboration solutions.
- Participate in infrastructure and workplace modernization projects within an agile environment.
- Support security-related initiatives in collaboration with security teams.
- Administer SMTP relay services, perform mail flow analysis, and resolve messaging issues.
- Automate operational tasks and maintain scripts using PowerShell.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of operational processes and documentation.

Must-have criteria
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or an equivalent technical qualification.
- Several years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Exchange and Microsoft 365 administration.
- Strong knowledge of Exchange Online, Exchange On-Premises, Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, Microsoft Teams, Outlook, and SharePoint Online.
- Experience supporting enterprise messaging and collaboration platforms in complex IT environments.
- Strong PowerShell scripting skills for automation and administration.
- Experience translating business requirements into technical solutions.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex infrastructure and messaging issues.

Nice-to-have criteria
- Experience with Microsoft Defender or Microsoft 365 security solutions.
- Knowledge of SMTP relay configuration, mail routing, and message tracking.
- Experience with ticketing and collaboration platforms such as Jira, Confluence, or similar tools.
- Experience working in agile delivery teams.
- Experience in large or highly regulated enterprise IT environments.
