Tasks and responsibilities
- Manage significant IT and digitalisation projects through their full lifecycle, combining project management with business analysis and requirements engineering, acting as the primary link between departments, IT, and external partners.
- Oversee quality assurance, risk management, stakeholder engagement, and clear project communication.
- Conduct requirements engineering, from gathering and specification to validation.
- Support implementation, ensure successful launch and hypercare, and bring projects to a successful conclusion.
- Coordinate collaboration with the client, steering committee, and portfolio management, ensuring continuous alignment and transparent communication of project goals, timelines, and resources.
- Manage external service providers and coordinate internal resources.
- Apply both traditional and agile project methodologies and contribute to their further integration within the organisation.

Must-have criteria
Solid experience in managing IT and digitalisation projects.
Proficiency in both traditional and agile project management methods.
Demonstrated expertise in business analysis and requirements engineering.
An IT background combined with an understanding of business processes.
Strong analytical and conceptual thinking abilities.

Nice-to-have criteria
- Experience in a comparable complex organisation.
- Relevant project management certifications.
- Relevant further training in business analysis and requirements engineering (e.g. IREB).
- Advanced training in (business) informatics, business administration or a comparable qualification.

Language requirements
Excellent German language skills (C2).
