Analyse, troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software and access-related issues while ensuring timely communication with end users.
Coordinate and monitor support activities, ensuring requests are prioritised and progressed efficiently.
Collaborate with infrastructure, cloud, security and application teams to resolve more complex technical issues.
Administer user accounts, permissions and workplace services in accordance with internal policies.
Maintain technical documentation and contribute to the continuous improvement of support processes and operational procedures.
Identify opportunities to simplify recurring tasks through process optimisation and automation.
Participate in infrastructure, workplace and digital transformation initiatives.
Act as a technical reference for selected operational topics and support knowledge sharing within the team.
Contribute to maintaining high service quality through proactive monitoring, reporting and continuous improvement initiatives.
Completed education in Information Technology or a comparable field.
Several years of experience supporting users within a professional IT environment.
Experience with Microsoft-based workplace technologies and identity management.
Practical experience with enterprise IT support processes and ticket-based environments.
Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
Customer-oriented mindset with excellent communication skills.
Ability to organise and prioritise multiple activities independently.
Experience supporting Microsoft 365 environments.
Familiarity with IT service management best practices (e.g. ITIL).
Exposure to endpoint management or workplace administration.
Experience contributing to operational improvements or digitalisation initiatives.
Previous involvement in coordinating small projects or technical workstreams.
Basic scripting or automation experience (PowerShell or similar).
