Tasks and responsibilities
- Support the front-office / business management aspects of the NOGA 2008 → NOGA 2025 implementation
- Support data clean-up activities related to the implementation
- Ensure a clean and business-aligned transition across client-facing processes
- Coordinate with business stakeholders during the implementation process
- Translate data and classification requirements into business rules and processes
- Perform impact analysis related to classification and process changes
- Support stakeholder coordination across cross-functional projects

- Strong understanding of front-office processes (e.g. onboarding, CRM, client data management)
- Experience translating data and classification requirements into business rules and processes
- Experience with impact analysis, stakeholder coordination, and cross-functional projects
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Independent, proactive, and structured working style
- Proficient in MS Office tools, especially PowerPoint and Excel
