Tasks and responsibilities

Focus on the AMAS – PRIME interaction to support market making/quoting
Design, develop, test, and deploy robust functionalities integrated across trading and back-office ecosystems
Ensure end-to-end ownership of critical services, guaranteeing high availability and minimal production downtime
Lead integration efforts between Front Arena and upstream/downstream systems
Perform root cause analysis and resolve complex production incidents efficiently
Conduct thorough reviews to uphold quality, security, and alignment with architectural standards
Identify and implement system improvements to boost performance, scalability, and operational resilience
Contribute to change and release management processes within an agile (SAFe) delivery framework
Uphold ethical conduct, risk discipline, and compliance with all applicable regulatory requirements

Must-have criteria

University degree in Computer Science, Financial Engineering, Financial Mathematics, or a related discipline
5+ years of hands-on development with AMAS, AFG, AIMS and AMAS interaction with PRIME
Solid understanding of capital markets, particularly structured products and equity derivatives
Good knowledge of Market Making using AMAS and PRIME
Experience integrating Front Arena with upstream/downstream systems
Strong communication and planning skills
Ability to collaborate with technical and business stakeholders
Strong organisational skills and ability to work under pressure
Strong team player with experience leading teams
Customer-oriented, solution-driven mindset
High level of self-motivation and initiative
Willingness to introduce new ideas and drive change
