Exit Coordinator / PMO (rfx1574101)

Reporting into Financial Crime Compliance (FCC) within Compliance, you will be responsible for coordinating and monitoring exit decisions. The topic has high senior management attention and requires a strong understanding of data.

• Coordinate with key stakeholders within Compliance (FCC), Data Analytics, Finance, and the Centralized Exit Desk
• Prepare data and Management Information
• Support the preparation of management decisions and meetings
• Document decisions
• Support monitoring and controls activities for accounts “in exit” from a Compliance perspective
• Potentially update policies and guidelines

• Experience as a Compliance Officer and Project Manager (at least 2–3 years)
• Banking experience with a focus on Compliance / Risk Management
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong understanding of data and reporting
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work independently and self-driven
• Enjoy working in a fast-paced, agile environment
• Curious mindset with the ability to challenge the status quo and proactively propose new solutions
• Team-oriented and able to collaborate with diverse experts
