Operate, maintain and further develop business-process automation solutions within the Microsoft ecosystem.
Design and implement applications, workflows and automation using Microsoft Power Platform.
Develop and optimise solutions based on SharePoint Online.
Integrate Power Platform solutions with SharePoint, Teams and other Microsoft technologies.
Advise internal stakeholders on translating business processes and requirements into suitable technical solutions.
Provide technical and functional support to users of Power Platform and SharePoint Online.
Manage implemented solutions throughout their lifecycle.
Ensure solutions comply with established platform governance requirements.
Contribute to SharePoint Online solution design and architecture.
Participate in the continuous development of Microsoft 365 collaboration services.
Work within an agile, self-organised delivery environment.
Share technical knowledge and keep up to date with developments across the Microsoft ecosystem.
Relevant IT education, such as Informatik EFZ combined with higher professional/university-of-applied-sciences education, or comparable technical qualifications.
Strong hands-on knowledge of Microsoft 365, particularly Power Platform, SharePoint Online, Teams and Entra ID.
Development experience with Power Apps, Power Automate/Flows, Power Fx, Power Query and Dataverse.
Experience designing and implementing solutions within Microsoft Power Platform.
Knowledge of SharePoint Online architecture and design, including Web Parts, Site Design and PnP.
Experience integrating Power Platform with SharePoint, Teams and other Microsoft technologies.
Experience with ticketing and collaboration platforms such as Jira, Confluence and TOPdesk.
Experience working within agile environments using Scrum and/or SAFe.
Ability to understand business processes and translate them into appropriate technical solutions.
Strong customer and team orientation with good communication skills.
Microsoft 365 certifications.
Experience within higher education or another complex IT organisation.
Broader experience with Microsoft 365 collaboration and workplace services.
Experience working in highly self-organised agile teams.
