Explore and assess options for designing an automated IT workflow solution for a global conflicts-of-interest (CoI) register
Ensure the proposed solution meets the applicable regulatory and compliance requirements
Gather, analyse and document business requirements in close collaboration with the framework owner
Act as the bridge between compliance stakeholders and technical teams, translating business needs into clear functional requirements
Support stakeholders in evaluating the options and prepare the basis for decisions on the target solution
Proven experience as a Business Analyst with a compliance and technical flavour
Track record of gathering and documenting business requirements together with business owners
Strong stakeholder management and effective communication skills
Analytical problem-solving skills that bridge business and technical perspectives
Know-how of Flowable and/or ServiceNow
Experience in workflow automation projects
