Tasks and responsibilities
- Review the existing PEP process and define new process steps and controls
- Gather requirements by conducting interviews and collaborating with stakeholders, including Compliance and Risk Management
- Create detailed functional requirements documentation
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of internal and external regulatory requirements
- Plan the integration of new data fields
- Design, develop, and test reports and dashboards that meet business and regulatory requirements
- Develop test cases to validate that the solution meets business requirements
- Collaborate with end users during User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and identify defects or issues
- Develop change management plans to minimize disruptions during implementation
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including Senior Management
- Communicate development plans, timelines, and progress to stakeholders
- Manage stakeholder expectations and negotiate priorities as needed

Must-have criteria
- Experience as a Business Analyst (at least 2–3 years)
- Banking experience with a focus on Compliance / Risk Management
- Knowledge of PEP databases
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Fluent English
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Enjoy working in a fast-paced, agile environment
- Curious mindset with the ability to challenge the status quo and proactively propose new solutions
- Team-oriented with the ability to collaborate across diverse stakeholders
