Tasks and responsibilities
  • Review the existing PEP process and define new process steps and controls
  • Gather requirements by conducting interviews and collaborating with stakeholders, including Compliance and Risk Management
  • Create detailed functional requirements documentation
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of internal and external regulatory requirements
  • Plan the integration of new data fields
  • Design, develop, and test reports and dashboards that meet business and regulatory requirements
  • Develop test cases to validate that the solution meets business requirements
  • Collaborate with end users during User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and identify defects or issues
  • Develop change management plans to minimize disruptions during implementation
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including Senior Management
  • Communicate development plans, timelines, and progress to stakeholders
  • Manage stakeholder expectations and negotiate priorities as needed

Must-have criteria
  • Experience as a Business Analyst (at least 2–3 years)
  • Banking experience with a focus on Compliance / Risk Management
  • Knowledge of PEP databases
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Fluent English
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Enjoy working in a fast-paced, agile environment
  • Curious mindset with the ability to challenge the status quo and proactively propose new solutions
  • Team-oriented with the ability to collaborate across diverse stakeholders
