Aufgaben und Verantwortungen
- Pricing Subject Matter Expert supporting the migration of the Pricing Engine to a new core banking system
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to gather and document business requirements for the implementation of a new fee engine, ensuring that all essential inputs are captured and integrated into the project
- Represent Pricing in Program working groups and forums to ensure the alignment with the internal Pricing Experts by providing weekly updates, set-up plannings and prepare decision topics with key stakeholders in Finance
- Prepare thorough documentation for steering committee/Business Sign-Off meetings, providing a structured framework for informed decision-making and guiding key project decisions to senior management
- Coordinate with stakeholders to identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with changes to pricing models, data structures and business processes and ensure targeted and structured escalation
- Understand the differences and impact of the new pricing model in the new core banking system and support impact analysis and solution design for satellite pricing systems

Erforderlich
- At least 6 years of professional experience in Banking, Financial Services, or Management Consulting, with a strong focus on transformation projects, core banking system implementation, and financial services pricing
- Technical skills: Good understanding on different core banking systems including experience with T24
- Pricing expertise for Wealth Management Products focusing on fees and commissions
- Experience with migrating legacy systems, including planning, execution and post-implementation review
- Structured approach in communication and documentation with ability to effectively engage with stakeholders on different seniority levels as well as with technical experts
- Understanding of enterprise architecture principles and data modelling as an advantage
- Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail, with a strong focus on ensuring accuracy and precision in documentation, business requirements and technical specifications
- Softskills:
- Seniority to represent Pricing interest in large scale programmes
- Hands-on experience in delivering projects requirements pragmatically and managing complex dependencies
- Strong communication and syndication (act of joining with others) skills with other SMEs
- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in additional languages, particularly German, is a significant advantage
