Aufgaben und Verantwortungen
- Implementation, management, and further development of customer network infrastructures (switches, routers, firewalls) both on-site and remotely
- Configuration and deployment of WLAN solutions
- Collaboration in customer projects at client sites
- Creation of technical concepts and solution proposals
- Documentation of network configurations and changes
- Troubleshooting and resolution of faults and incidents as part of 3rd-level support
- Support for the internal 2nd-level support team

Erforderlich
- Completed apprenticeship as a computer scientist specializing in systems engineering/platform development, or equivalent relevant professional experience
- Solid knowledge and hands-on experience in LAN, WAN, and MAN networks
- Several years of practical experience working with switches, firewalls, and WLAN technologies
- Independent, structured, and solution-oriented way of working
- Experience in direct customer interactions and performing on-site assignments
- Willingness to travel regularly within Switzerland

Wünschenswert
- Category B driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle
- Familiarity with creating technical documentation and solution architecture
- Exposure to a variety of customer environments and project-based work

Sprachliche Anforderungen
- German: Fluent (spoken and written) – essential for client communication
- English: Good command – for technical documentation and internal collaboration
