Tasks and responsibilities:
- Business-Support role, facing the Equity and Fixed Income Business of the firm daily
- Daily interaction with challenging end users. Support and advise users on using our systems
- Capture requirements, plan, implement and test the solutions in an agile environment (SAFe)
Must-have criteria:
- Several years' experience working as trading connectivity engineer in a fast-paced trade floor environment
- Solid understanding of the Front Arena AMAS / Omni suite
- In-depth understanding of Equity and Fixed Income markets and products
- Working experience with broker platform connectivity such as Tradeweb, MarketAxess
- FIX Protocol knowledge
- Knowledge in scripting languages such as Powershell or Python
- Good, clear communicator
- Empathetic person with great customer service skills
- Strong analytical skills
- Enthusiastic team player with a hands-on, can-do attitude
