Tasks and responsibilities:
- Being customer and solution focused with technical tasks
- Translate customer needs into a solution
- Support customers in reaching their goals
- Bring in your ideas, optimise internal and external processes, and drive them forward
- Proactively analyse and process customer/partner feedback and incidents and assist with on-call service
Must-have criteria:
- Degree in computer science, business informatics or similar
- Independent, proactive, and solution-oriented way of working
- You seek challenges and personal responsibility
- Very good written and spoken knowledge of German/Swiss German and English mandatory
Nice-to-have criteria:
- Experience with Microsoft Teams and Office 365 is a great benefit
- Additional languages
