Senior Project Leader for Digital Banking

Tasks and responsibilities:
  • Lead a large or several smaller development projects and take responsibility for the success of these projects
  • Engage in customer acquisition through active participation in pre-sales appointments and take lead of discussions and negotiations during the course of the project
  • Support customers and project teams in applying current technologies and methods purposefully and efficiently in the consistent further development of the Digital Banking Suite
Must-have criteria:
  • University Degree with several years of professional experience in agile software development
  • Several years of experience (over 2 years) in software development and project management as well as in leading agile teams (over 6 years)
  • Experience leading large project teams with at least 10 people
  • Being an excellent motivator and able to keep your team on track even in difficult situations
  • Experience in bid management / sales
  • Familiar with agile development processes from practical experience and you are talented in planning, stakeholder management, requirements management, progress and cost control, and risk management
  • Good knowledge of the financial/banking industry
