Tasks and responsibilities:
- Lead a large or several smaller development projects and take responsibility for the success of these projects
- Engage in customer acquisition through active participation in pre-sales appointments and take lead of discussions and negotiations during the course of the project
- Support customers and project teams in applying current technologies and methods purposefully and efficiently in the consistent further development of the Digital Banking Suite
Must-have criteria:
- University Degree with several years of professional experience in agile software development
- Several years of experience (over 2 years) in software development and project management as well as in leading agile teams (over 6 years)
- Experience leading large project teams with at least 10 people
- Being an excellent motivator and able to keep your team on track even in difficult situations
- Experience in bid management / sales
- Familiar with agile development processes from practical experience and you are talented in planning, stakeholder management, requirements management, progress and cost control, and risk management
- Good knowledge of the financial/banking industry
