Tasks and responsibilities:
  • Evaluation and configuration of the new IT tools according to current processes
  • Defining the new project portfolio management policy
  • Update of the guideline concerning the project portfolio management process
  • Assessment and implementation of a new tool to manage processes and IT demand
  • Assessment of possible improvements
  • Direct support in the monthly management of demand process aligning key stakeholders (Project Managers, IT resource manager, etc.)
Must-have criteria:
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Advanced understanding of processes (preferably in IT)
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills (e.g. guideline)
Nice-to-have criteria:
  • Relevant certifications
Language requirements:
  • German (C1+)
  • English (C1+)
