• Responsible for the implementation of local Zurich Switzerland projects at the HR and IT interface and will work on group-wide digitization initiatives
• Analyze and simplify processes and develop relevant system requirements for our HR information systems
• Develop proposed solutions for the optimization of HR-IT processes on your own initiative or in cooperation with specialists
• Support the responsible projects "hands-on" in all phases, from conception to implementation to quality assurance and present concepts and proposed solutions to HR and IT committees and other stakeholder groups
• Ensure efficient and target-oriented communication and coordinate change activities
• Take on special functions within the HR organization (e.g. HR-IT compliance and governance issues)
• BA in (business) computer science or equivalent qualification
• min. 10 years of experience in key HR-IT project roles
• Experience in process analysis and process design as well as in-depth knowledge of HR IT systems such as SAP, SuccessFactors, ServiceNow or other solutions
• Strong analytical and conceptual skills
• Implementation-oriented, flexible personality with a "can do" attitude
• Strong empathy as well as communication and interaction skills in dealing with stakeholder groups of various seniority
• German (Native or C2)
• English (B2 or C1)
