• Very good knowledge of agile and classic development processes, with at least one certificate (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe or LeSS) and project management methods (IPMA, PMP, Hermes or similar)
• Understand how a fixed price can be successfully achieved in the context of agile development
• You have a total of 5+ years' experience as a Program Manager, Project Manager or Product Owner with budget responsibility and with larger projects (15+ people, 6+ months)
• You have solid experience in planning, stakeholder management, requirements management, progress and cost control, and risk management
• You operate skillfully between clients, development teams and stakeholders and have a leader personality who knows how to inspire and motivate people
  
• You have a degree and feel comfortable in technical environments
