Tasks and responsibilities:
- Identify new approaches and solutions to business needs
- Create and shape the product vision and roadmap in collaboration with the business and the cross-cloud management team
- Leverage Salesforce's standard features and best practices
- Develop user stories, help document new processes and workflows and support testing and training
- Assess and prioritise requirements from business units and develop solutions in coordination with the responsible IT managers
- Ensuring the transparency of the status of epics and user stories and assuming project management tasks
Must-have criteria:
- Completed studies in business administration or business informatics or comparable training
- At least 3 years' experience as a Salesforce Product Owner or Business Analyst with in-depth knowledge of Salesforce processes
- Deep knowledge of Salesforce Service Cloud and Experience Cloud
- In-depth knowledge in the analysis of business processes in a service-oriented organisation
- Several years of experience in agile project management and expertise of the whole software life cycle
Nice-to-have criteria:
- Salesforce certifications
Language requirements:
- English (C1+)
