Tasks and responsibilities:
  • Identify new approaches and solutions to business needs
  • Create and shape the product vision and roadmap in collaboration with the business and the cross-cloud management team
  • Leverage Salesforce's standard features and best practices
  • Develop user stories, help document new processes and workflows and support testing and training
  • Assess and prioritise requirements from business units and develop solutions in coordination with the responsible IT managers
  • Ensuring the transparency of the status of epics and user stories and assuming project management tasks
Must-have criteria:
  • Completed studies in business administration or business informatics or comparable training
  • At least 3 years' experience as a Salesforce Product Owner or Business Analyst with in-depth knowledge of Salesforce processes
  • Deep knowledge of Salesforce Service Cloud and Experience Cloud
  • In-depth knowledge in the analysis of business processes in a service-oriented organisation
  • Several years of experience in agile project management and expertise of the whole software life cycle
Nice-to-have criteria:
  • Salesforce certifications
Language requirements:
  • English (C1+)
  • German (B2+)
