Tasks and responsibilities:
- Manage or co-manage projects within the Intermediaries Chief of Staff division and take over stream leads, mainly in operational-related initiatives
- Represent the Segment Management stake in projects with the support of senior managers or SMEs
- Support the whole project life cycle, from supporting, planning and writing business requirements to testing solutions, implementation and measuring success
- Organise project meetings and prepare management slides for different boards
- Support the business in special cases requiring data analysis
Must-have criteria:
- University degree or equivalent (preferably in economics, business administration, finance or any other related field)
- Strong project management or business analysis experience is a must
- Affinity for operational topics - bank experience in a (middle office), risk or compliance a/o front position would be an advantage
- Proficient user in MS Office applications,especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Project management certification (e.g.SAFE Agile) considered a plus
- Outstanding analytical, conceptual and problem-solving skills
- Self-motivated, proactive, team-oriented and hands-on personality, comfortable with driving and managing change, challenging the status quo
