Tasks and responsibilities:
- Providing L2/L3 support for laboratory devices and applications/software associated with the devices
- Resolution of incidents end-to-end in terms of devices, network, connectivity, licenses, data flow
- Installation: coordination with the provider, interaction with the network team, configuration of the device with the different applications
- Periodic checks and maintenance of computers and connected instruments, creating and following maintenance schedules, updates.
Must-have criteria:
- At least 2 years of L2 support experience, preferably in laboratory/pharma/biotech environment
- ITIL knowledge(Incident/Change/Knowledge/Problem Management)
- Application of OS images on laptops/computers
Nice-to-have criteria:
- Knowledge of pharmaceutical specific rules
- Experience working and supporting in pharma environment
Language requirements:
- German (C1+)
- English (C1+)
