Tasks and responsibilities:
  • Responsible for configuring/supporting Swift application Alliance Messaging Hub, Alliance Access, Alliance Gateway, Alliance Web Platform, SWIFTNet Link
  • Responsible for the maintenance of 
Hardware Security Modules (HSM) and certificate management in the context of Swift network providers
  • Performing root cause analysis in case of production issues in a timely and efficient manner, as well as disaster recovery testing
  • Participation in strategic infrastructure solution planning and implementation with internal parties such as Backoffice Colleagues, Compliance etc. around payment transactions (Swift, SIC, euroSIC, SECOM, Instant Payments, TARGET2, 
 CBPR+, HK Chats, HK FPS)
  • Performs systems integration testing and co-ordinate with users, non-application IT teams and vendors on user acceptance testing, inclusive of deployment of solution
  • Provide level 2 production support in the team's rotating 7x24h on-call service for Swift Application and Swift related Infrastructure

This is a long term contract, starting as 24 months with possibilities of extension.

Must-have criteria:
  • Strong knowledge and hands on experience with Swift services (FIN, FileAct, Browse, Interact) and Swift products (AMH, SAG/SNL, RMA, HSM, SWP)
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as SWIFT/SIC Security Officer
  • Profound knowledge of SWIFT, SIC, SECOM payments processing and ISO20022 messages
  • Admin and configuration hands on experience in AMH delivering, upgrade and run
  • Experience in AMH product management providing technical support and handling issue including recovery call, access management, incident management, change management, problem management, system upgrades and migration
  • Knowledge of ISO20022 (MX) and Swift messages (MT), SEPA and SIC, EuroSIC and SECOM messages
  • Experience with System Monitoring Tools
  • General knowledge of scripting (SQL, Perl, Shell, etc)
  • General knowledge of various Unix, Linux, and Windows Operating systems
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex issues
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with teams
  • Available for on-call work
  • German language, or the willingness to learn
Nice-to-have criteria:
  • Experience in working with messaging products such as IBM MQ  
  • Experience with sanction screening applications such as Fircosoft Continuity and FircoUtility  
  • Experience with methods like Agile / SAFe, Clean Code or ITIL
  • Experience in Banking/Finance
