Tasks and responsibilities:
  • Being responsible as a technical SME for the Core HCM module in Workday
  • Strong collaboration with other technical SMEs
  • Providing professional HR Services with high customer-service orientation
  • Being a troubleshooter
  • Analyse data discrepancies and improve data quality
Must-have criteria:
  • Profound knowledge of the Workday application, especially in the following functional modules:
    - Workday Core HCM
    - Workday Security
  • Analytical and networked thinking as well as high resilience and willingness to learn
  • Ability to select and judge relevant information
  • Great problem-solving skills
  • Intercultural Competence to treat requests from around the world properly
  • Thorough coordination and organisation skills
  • Independent and accurate working style
