Tasks and responsibilities:
- Being responsible as a technical SME for the Core HCM module in Workday
- Strong collaboration with other technical SMEs
- Providing professional HR Services with high customer-service orientation
- Being a troubleshooter
- Analyse data discrepancies and improve data quality
Must-have criteria:
- Profound knowledge of the Workday application, especially in the following functional modules:
- Workday Core HCM
- Workday Security
- Analytical and networked thinking as well as high resilience and willingness to learn
- Ability to select and judge relevant information
- Great problem-solving skills
- Intercultural Competence to treat requests from around the world properly
- Thorough coordination and organisation skills
- Independent and accurate working style
- Committed, assertive and communicative personality
- Strong client and quality orientation
- Strong team spirit
- Proficient with Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Word,
