Tasks and responsibilities:

The Front Transformation team is responsible to drive the design of the Future Front Operating Model by anticipating the impact of major industry trends on the front organisation.

We are looking for a temporary Front Transformation specialist who will support the implementation of a new/revised internal Account Grouping Tool in our Finance and CRM systems.

A concept for the revised definition, scope and governance of the future Account Grouping has been developed and aligned with key stakeholders. The temporary Front Transformation specialist shall now lead and oversee the implementation, including the further detailing of the concept along the implementation process, further alignments with key stakeholders and users, while also ensuring relevant interfaces and dependencies are managed. This also includes the management of the project overall to ensure timely and successful delivery.

Take ownership of Front Transformation deliverables and/or activities, e.g.:

  • Drive the further detailing of the overall concept jointly with relevant stakeholders
  • Manage the overall project from planning and writing business requirements to supporting the implementation and roll-out
  • Collaborate with internal IT in translating business requirements to functional requirements and in designing user-friendly / intuitive tool interfaces
  • Organise project meetings and prepare (management) slides for different stakeholders
  • Ensure close alignment/ sounding with Front representatives, specialists and stakeholders across the organisation along the further conceptualization and implementation
  • Ensure relevant interfaces/ dependencies are considered during the implementation process
  • Prepare guidelines/ manuals/ explanation sessions to support the roll-out of the new client grouping logic across the bank
Must-have criteria:
  • University degree or equivalent in Economics, Finance, Business Administration or related discipline
  • 2+ years of experience in Financial Services, preferably with front office, legal and/or change management responsibilities
  • Solid strategic, conceptual and organisational skills with profound experience in project management and business analysis (2-4 years of experience in a similar role)
  • Strong communication skills and comfortable managing stakeholders
  • Team-oriented and enjoying collaborating with diverse stakeholders, listening to different ideas and voicing your own, to deliver the best possible outcome
  • The ability to navigate complex organisations and to deal with ambiguity
  • A structured workstyle, good attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
  • Critical thinking and strong problem solving skills
  • The ability to visualize complex data and information using MS Office

Contract duration:

  • Until 31.05.2024 with possibilities of extension
