• Expand and improve existing products such as the Digital Banking Suite and the Security Suite or develop new, innovative solutions for diverse customers from the banking, retail or government sectors
• Requirements analysis of business processes, concept development and support of the implementation of complex solutions in the product environment, primarily for banks
• Agile requirement engineering in close cooperation with customers and internal teams
• Creation of user stories/use cases, functional/non-functional requirements
• Support of prototyping/proof of concept
• Development of user interfaces inclose cooperation with the design department
• Preparation and execution of workshops

• Several years' (5+) experience as a business analyst in a banking environment in one or more of the following domains: payments, lending, trading or asset & wealth management
• Experience in product environment
• Very good knowledge of agile development procedures
• Experience/tool knowledge/certification requirements engineering/management
• Experience in the creation of functional concepts
• Experience in preparing and conducting workshops
• Strong communication skills
• Structured and analytical way of working
