Tasks and responsibilities:
- The Application portfolio includes business applications primarily in the areas of liquidity risk and exchange-traded derivatives
- Application management (operation and maintenance, SLA, incident, problem, release/test, risk management, documentation)
- Implementation of product enhancements
- Implementation and testing releases
- Project work (migrations, adaptations)
- No personnel management or budget responsibilities
Must-have criteria:
- Profound Windows and/or Unix OS knowledge regarding application support, including scripting
- Profound knowledge of different database systems, especially Oracle and MS SQL including DML and reporting
- Experience with day-end processing, communication between applications and modern interfaces
- Confident communication with business managers, system engineers, database administrators and external solution providers
- Familiarity with integrated business applications including incident management
- Familiarity with security aspects of applications or collaboration
- Familiarity with incident/change/release management processes of larger companies
- Experience in the financial or insurance industry
Nice-to-have criteria:
- Experience in SAFe Agile
- Relevant certifications
Language requirements:
- German (C1+)
- English (C1+)
