Tasks and responsibilities:
- Application management (operation and maintenance, SLA, problem, release/test, risk mgmt, documentation).
- Introduction of product development
- Implementation, testing of releases
- Project collaboration (migrations, adaptations)
- No personnel management or budget responsibility
Must-have criteria:
- The ideal candidate has sound IT knowledge in UNIX, Windows and SQL-DB with banking experience, 3 years Java development. Willingness to learn new topics / areas
- Confident in dealing with business managers, system engineers, database administrators and external solution providers
- Familiarity with integrated business applications including incident management
- Familiarity with security aspects of applications or collaboration
- Familiarity with various database systems, especially Oracle and MS SQL
- Familiarity with incident/change/release management processes of larger companies in the service environment (ideally finance/insurance)
