Tasks and responsibilities
- Analyse and document business requirements for changes and enhancements to the TEMOS platform
- Initiate, plan, and manage small to medium-sized projects, ensuring timely delivery within scope, budget, and quality expectations
- Act as primary liaison between Credit Risk, Relationship Management, Product & Service organisation and IT development teams
- Write and execute test cases
- Coordinate UAT activities, training, and change communications for system rollouts
- Identify opportunities for automation, efficiency gains, and improved data quality within credit workflows
- Maintain transparency through reporting, status updates, and risk tracking

Must-have criteria
- Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in Credit Risk management within a banking or financial services environment
- Demonstrated hands-on experience working with credit limit systems, exposure monitoring tools, or loan management platforms
- Solid understanding of data structures, data flows, and data quality principles—including experience identifying, assessing, and resolving data inconsistencies in credit systems
- Proven ability to analyse complex business processes and translate them into technical requirements
- Proficient in tools such as Jira, Confluence, MS Project, Excel, and Power BI or similar reporting environments
- Proficiency in writing and interpreting SQL queries to interrogate structured datasets
- A natural team player with the ability to collaborate across diverse business and technical stakeholders
- Strong ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and drive topics to completion
- Highly service-oriented mindset with focus on supporting front-office teams
- Communicates in a clear, structured, and professional manner
- Open, proactive, and solution-oriented with a strong interest in improving processes and data quality

Nice-to-have criteria
- Familiarity with Agile (Scrum/Kanban) and/or waterfall project management methodologies; certifications (PMP, CBAP, SAFe) are an advantage
