Tasks and responsibilities
  • Analyse and document business requirements for changes and enhancements to the TEMOS platform
  • Initiate, plan, and manage small to medium-sized projects, ensuring timely delivery within scope, budget, and quality expectations
  • Act as primary liaison between Credit Risk, Relationship Management, Product & Service organisation and IT development teams
  • Write and execute test cases
  • Coordinate UAT activities, training, and change communications for system rollouts
  • Identify opportunities for automation, efficiency gains, and improved data quality within credit workflows
  • Maintain transparency through reporting, status updates, and risk tracking

Must-have criteria
  • Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in Credit Risk management within a banking or financial services environment
  • Demonstrated hands-on experience working with credit limit systems, exposure monitoring tools, or loan management platforms
  • Solid understanding of data structures, data flows, and data quality principles—including experience identifying, assessing, and resolving data inconsistencies in credit systems
  • Proven ability to analyse complex business processes and translate them into technical requirements
  • Proficient in tools such as Jira, Confluence, MS Project, Excel, and Power BI or similar reporting environments
  • Proficiency in writing and interpreting SQL queries to interrogate structured datasets
  • A natural team player with the ability to collaborate across diverse business and technical stakeholders
  • Strong ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and drive topics to completion
  • Highly service-oriented mindset with focus on supporting front-office teams
  • Communicates in a clear, structured, and professional manner

Nice-to-have criteria
  • Familiarity with Agile (Scrum/Kanban) and/or waterfall project management methodologies; certifications (PMP, CBAP, SAFe) are an advantage
