    Tasks and responsibilities
    • Operate, maintain, and continuously improve the Identity & Access Management (IAM) system and related IT infrastructure (mainly Microsoft environment)
    • Connect software solutions to the IAM system and implement technical requirements and interfaces
    • Provide 2nd level support for IAM topics and coordinate 3rd level support with external partners
    • Support IAM consultants in planning, designing, and implementing identity and trust technologies and processes
    • Advise on IAM and IT security technologies
    • Collaborate with ICT teams and business stakeholders to realise IAM and IT security requirements

    Must-have criteria
    • Completed higher education or advanced training in Informatics or Business Informatics (or equivalent qualification)
    • Proven experience as a System Engineer
    • Experience with Microsoft environments, especially Active Directory and Microsoft Entra
    • Good analytical and conceptual skills with a structured working approach
    • Familiarity with Identity & Access Management (IAM) systems
    • Willingness and ability to handle 2nd and 3rd level support tasks
    • Understanding of IT Security principles and processes
    • Strong communication skills (able to explain technical matters clearly)
    • Team-oriented and collaborative mindset
    • Solution-oriented thinking and a sense of responsibility

    Nice-to-have criteria
    • Initial hands-on experience in IAM systems beyond basic knowledge
    • Knowledge of SQL databases
    • Experience or willingness to learn PowerShell or Python scripting
    • Broader understanding of enterprise-wide IAM architectures and processes
    • Affinity for IT Security topics and eagerness to contribute to security initiatives
    • Enthusiasm for continuous improvement and process optimisation
    • Ability to act as a technology advisor within diverse project teams
    • Comfort with agile collaboration across ICT and business teams
