Tasks and responsibilities
- Versatile position with a focus on project coordination and tasks in IT and cloud engineering as well as customer support
- Work with a comprehensive solutions portfolio including cloud, on-premises, and hybrid models
- Advise clients as an IT professional and support the digitalization of their business processes

Must-have criteria
- Education and several years of professional experience in IT system engineering, ideally with an IT service provider or SME
- Strong expertise in Microsoft 365 (M365), Azure, networking, Windows servers & endpoints, and VoIP telephony
- Methodical work approach and focus on precise execution
- Self-organization and ability to manage complex tasks efficiently and in a structured manner
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical topics clearly
- Deep understanding of business processes and the ability to translate them into technical solutions
- Driver’s license required for occasional client visits
