Senior .NET Developer – HR Data Integration

This project involves building a secure data synchronization service that connects a new HR system to an internal data warehouse. The role requires expertise in stream processing, data transformation, and security. The system ingests HR data from Kafka and transforms it into structured formats for analytical use.

• Design and build a data ingestion and transformation service in .NET Core
• Work with Kafka event streams to process sensitive HR data
• Ensure end-to-end encryption and secure data handling
• Collaborate with DWH and data governance teams

• MSSQL with data encryption experience
• Data processing and transformation expertise
