Tasks and responsibilities
- Evaluate, configure, install, and operate networking and network security solutions
- Develop, document, and present technical solution concepts
- Contribute expertise to projects as a core team member
- Support the support organization with deep technical know‑how
- Perform fault analysis, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high network availability

Must-have criteria
- Several years of experience operating and improving firewall solutions and enterprise networks
- Hands-on knowledge in at least some of: NAC, WAF, load balancing, DNS, DHCP, monitoring
- Service‑oriented, collaborative, proactive, and structured working style
- Willingness to work during off‑peak hours when needed

- Experience creating internal documentation and presenting technical concepts

- Excellent German and English, written and spoken
