Tasks and responsibilities
  • Ensure stable and reliable operation of web conferencing services, with a focus on Microsoft Teams and Teams Rooms
  • Manage 2nd-level support activities, including incident resolution, root cause analysis, and documentation
  • Plan and execute changes, deployments, testing, and rollout of new Microsoft 365 features
  • Monitor Microsoft 365 updates and translate them into operational improvements and actions
  • Support and advise on Teams-based events, live streams, and virtual collaboration scenarios
  • Maintain and optimise collaboration platforms to ensure high availability and performance
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance digital workplace solutions

Must-have criteria
  • Completed degree or vocational training in IT, computer science, or a related field
  • Hands-on experience managing Microsoft Teams and core Microsoft 365 services
  • Strong understanding of incident, problem, and change management processes
  • Experience documenting technical solutions and operational procedures
  • Solid knowledge of web conferencing technologies and collaboration tools
  • Ability to work in a structured, service-oriented, and team-focused environment

Nice-to-have criteria
  • Experience with Microsoft Teams Rooms or meeting room technologies
  • Familiarity with enterprise collaboration environments in large organisations
  • Exposure to Agile or SAFe frameworks
  • Knowledge of live event setups, streaming technologies, or AV integrations
  • Experience with automation or scripting in Microsoft 365 environments
  • Certifications related to Microsoft 365 (e.g., MS-700, MS-100/101)
