Tasks and responsibilities
- Ensure the stable, day-to-day operation of critical administrative applications
- Continuously improve and enhance the underlying Microsoft-based server architecture and software solutions
- Plan, test, and deploy releases, patches, and system updates
- Identify and troubleshoot technical issues, coordinating resolution efforts with the ICT team
- Analyze user and stakeholder requirements and translate them into technical implementations
- Operate and support .NET and web applications running on Microsoft IIS

Must-have criteria
- A degree in Computer Science or a similar qualification, along with extensive experience managing complex IT infrastructures
- Strong knowledge of IT system engineering and operations
- Proficiency in SQL and scripting with PowerShell
- Familiarity with integration technologies, particularly REST APIs
- Experience with application and infrastructure monitoring
- A methodical and solution-oriented approach to technical problem-solving
- Hands-on experience with agile workflows, including daily standups, retrospectives, and backlog grooming
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills

Nice-to-have criteria
- Experience with monitoring tools such as Icinga, Elasticsearch, and Kibana
- Background working with administrative or organizational IT systems in the education or public sector
- Familiarity with Microsoft IIS and web application hosting environments
- Enthusiasm for exploring new technologies and a proactive learning mindset
