Tasks and responsibilities
- Handle device transition processes for users (onsite)
- Provide assistance to users opting for partial self-service who later require additional guidance (onsite & remote)
- Offer support for users encountering challenges during platform transitions (onsite & remote)
- Review cloud file synchronization status on prior devices
- Prepare new devices for user deployment
- Configure basic network connectivity (LAN / Wi-Fi)
- Assist users with credential-based login
- Launch core productivity applications and assist with credential input if needed
- Review user-specific application needs and ensure initial access/setup
- Coordinate return of legacy devices post successful transition
- Follow specific procedural instructions provided during training
- Provide user support during platform access updates and security process adjustments
- The role requires travel between Geneva-Lausanne-Bern, you can be based anywhere in this area
- There will be an initial training and pilot phase in Zurich, you will be required to attend it

Must-have criteria
- Experience in technical support (helpdesk and/or second-level support)
- Strong technical knowledge (Windows 11, notebook hardware)
- Familiarity with Windows, iOS, and Android environments
- Professional demeanor and good communication skills (interaction with business users)
- Reliable and patient approach to supporting end users

Nice-to-have criteria
- Previous experience with device transitions or PC exchange projects
- Knowledge of security and compliance standards
- Familiarity with modern authentication processes and cloud-based environments (e.g., Microsoft 365, OneDrive)
- Proficiency in German is an advantage
