Tasks and responsibilities
  • Ensure the stable and efficient delivery of IT services in line with agreed service levels
  • Coordinate and further develop service management processes such as incident, change and problem handling
  • Monitor service performance and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Support the implementation and optimisation of service management frameworks
  • Act as a point of contact for internal stakeholders and partner organisations
  • Prepare documentation, reports and KPI evaluations
  • Contribute to ongoing optimisation and digitalisation initiatives

Must-have criteria
  • Completed training or degree in IT, business informatics, or a related field
  • Several years of experience in IT service delivery or IT service management
  • Strong analytical, organisational and communication skills
  • Structured, reliable and solution-oriented working style
  • Experience with IT service frameworks (e.g. ITIL) is an advantage
  • Very good command of German and English is required
  • Enjoys working in a cooperative and evolving environment
