Tasks and responsibilities
-
Ensure the stable and efficient delivery of IT services in line with agreed service levels

Coordinate and further develop service management processes such as incident, change and problem handling

Monitor service performance and identify opportunities for improvement

Support the implementation and optimisation of service management frameworks
-
Act as a point of contact for internal stakeholders and partner organisations

Prepare documentation, reports and KPI evaluations
-
Contribute to ongoing optimisation and digitalisation initiatives

Must-have criteria
-
Completed training or degree in IT, business informatics, or a related field
-
Several years of experience in IT service delivery or IT service management
-
Strong analytical, organisational and communication skills
-
Structured, reliable and solution-oriented working style
-
Experience with IT service frameworks (e.g. ITIL) is an advantage
-
Very good command of German and English is required
-
Enjoys working in a cooperative and evolving environment
