Tasks and responsibilities
- Develop and manage the PC exchange concept and logistics for standard and special-purpose devices
- Oversee the full rollout lifecycle: staging, delivery, user communication, and support coordination
- Collaborate with the Workplace team on staging setup and monitor progress
- Create and coordinate support plans (on-site, remote, and training sessions)
- Maintain and adapt rollout tools; manage project mailbox and related communications
- Schedule and coordinate mass staging, delivery, and support staff with service providers
- Serve as user point of contact and manage communications about device exchange
- Track rollout progress and user feedback; compile regular reports

Must-have criteria
- Proven experience in IT rollout, deployment, or infrastructure coordination
- Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical audiences
- Proactive, independent, and execution-focused working style
- Structured, transparent, and dependable approach
- Resilience and composure under pressure during high-demand phases

Nice-to-have criteria
- Familiarity with Microsoft Intune, Workspace ONE, Forcepoint, or Digital Guardian
- Experience coordinating with external service providers
- Background in large-scale device rollout projects
