Tasks and responsibilities
- Lead and build a new Architecture team while also providing formal leadership to six additional architects across the organisation
- Define and shape the long-term ICT architecture vision and strategy, covering enterprise, security, data and solution architecture
- Oversee the design and implementation of technical solutions, data platforms and integrations, ensuring that all central and decentralised systems are aligned and fit for purpose
- Ensure that solution designs are sustainable, cost-effective, secure and maintainable in the long run
- Chair architecture governance boards and actively contribute to ICT strategy development and decision-making at IT management level

Must-have criteria
- Completed university degree or an equivalent qualification
- At least 3 years of experience leading architecture teams or equivalent leadership responsibility
- Strong expertise in enterprise, data, security and solution architecture
- Proven leadership and team-management skills, with the ability to guide and motivate a multi-disciplinary architecture team
- Excellent communication skills in German and English, both written and spoken
