Tasks and responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain IT services
- Develop and maintain web user interfaces
- Design and manage process state flows
- Build and maintain service and database connections
- Contribute across the full software development lifecycle
- Integrate business rule services and Actico Platform
- Participate in development, operation, support, and maintenance of the IT service

Must-have criteria
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field
- Strong system engineering and development experience on the Java technology stack
- Good understanding of REST web service integration
- Experience with Eclipse for development and debugging
- Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git)
- Experience with Dynamic Application Framework
- Experience with Actico Platform integration, particularly Workplace-focused integration
- Experience with Oracle DB and SQL
- Reliable working style with strong communication skills and a teamwork mindset
- Proactive attitude with ownership mentality
- Ability to analyse complex problems and define structured solution paths
- Focus on end-to-end solutions and client needs

Nice-to-have criteria
- Knowledge of Business Rule Management (modelling, management, implementation)
- Certifications or training related to Visual Rules / Actico Rules
