Tasks and responsibilities
- Facilitate collaboration across multiple agile teams, ensuring alignment, clear communication, and shared objectives
- Support agile roles such as Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and Release Train Engineers in improving team performance and agile maturity
- Occasionally step in as Scrum Master to provide direct support to teams in their daily work
- Coach individuals and teams with a systems-thinking approach, encouraging reflection, feedback, and continuous improvement
- Contribute to the development of the internal agile coaching network or Scrum Master community, promoting peer learning and shared practice development

Must-have criteria
- Strong educational background in a relevant field (e.g., IT, business, psychology, organizational development)
- Several years of hands-on experience as an Agile Coach or Scrum Master, ideally within a scaled agile setup (e.g., SAFe, LeSS, Nexus)
- Proven ability to guide and support self-organized, cross-functional teams in complex environments
- Skilled in agile coaching, facilitation, and moderation, with a well-rounded toolkit adaptable to different team contexts
- High emotional intelligence and a solid grasp of team dynamics, transition phases, and organizational clarity
- Comfortable working collaboratively, focusing on shared outcomes rather than individual achievements

- Experience in the ICT (Information and Communication Technology) sector
- Background in change management or organizational development
- Exposure to hybrid or complex organizational structures undergoing agile transformation

Language requirements
- Fluent in German – essential for internal communication and coaching
- Professional proficiency in English – required for cross-functional collaboration and documentation
